BERP Handout

Below you will find a link to a handout you can use to get out the word about the elimination of the 30-cent co-pay for reduced price breakfasts. The flyer is formatted so that each printed page will yield three brochures per page.

It is urgent that we promote this immediately in our individual districts with our parents and staff so that reduced qualified students will utilize this extra subsidy ASAP.  Our association must be able to demonstrate that more of our reduced qualified students are participating in breakfast in the fall of 2006 so we can carry a positive message to the legislature next January, as they reconsider the budget and renewing the funding for BERP (Breakfast Eliminate Reduced Price).  Another way of saying it might be ”BERP Now in 2006, so we can continue to fund BERP in 07 & 08.”
