Seattle Nutrition Services has an opening for a Registered Dietitian with three years of experience in food service operations. This is a school year position, 223 days, 8 hours each day. The essential functions are to plan, develop, coordinate, and implement the district menus; monitor menu planning to meet federal, state, and district nutrition guidelines and policies; supervise the central kitchen's day-to-day activities and employee relations; coordinate recipe development, evaluation and standardization; coordinate meal service to meet special program requirement and dietary restrictions; and work as part of the management team Nutrition Services to support the overall vision and mission of the department and district.
